5317 - Bullfinch Extra

For keeping and breeding all species of bullfinches, such as the large bullfinch, the Norwegian bullfinch or the small European bullfinch, Garvo has 5317 bullfinch extra with selected seeds, which suit these birds. Also, Rowan berries have been added. Bullfinches love to eat Rowan berries; they’re rich in vitamin C, which gives an extra boost to the natural resistance.

Composition:

perilla seed brown, turnip rape seed, canaryseed, nigerseed, clover seeds, hempseed, linseeds,sesame seed, safflowerseed, oats peeled, buckwheat, poppy seeds, grass seed, sunflowerseedpeeled, millet red, millet white, rowan berries, cypress seed, thistle seed

crude protein 18,7 %, crude fat 28,1 %, crude fiber 10,5 %, crude ash 4,4 %

Feeding Advice

  • give fresh birdseed daily
  • give unlimited grit and sharp stomach gravel; sprinkle this on the floor of the aviary or put it in a separate bowl
  • make sure there’s cuttlefish for the extra minerals (among which calcium). That is good for the eggs. Furthermore, the birds can sharpen their beaks on the cuttlefish
  • during the breeding and moulting seasons give extra fats and proteins with egg food
  • supplement now and then with some fruits, foxtail millet, alder twigs with catkins, or vegetables (no avocado)
  • always make sure there ́s enough fresh drinking water

Tropical birds brighten things up in a roomy cage or in an aviary. Many species are incredibly colourful, others can sing wonderfully and some species are known for their colour and song. 5350 tropical plus is feed with supplementary vitamins.
